1、 Correct use of torque wrench

1.扭矩扳手的施加扭矩的過(guò)程以及結(jié)構(gòu)：用扭矩扳手施加扭矩時(shí)，通過(guò)與扭矩扳手的棘輪頭穩(wěn)固連接的套筒連接需要施加扭矩的螺母/螺栓，手掌握在扭矩扳手手柄上的有效刻度線，順時(shí)針或逆時(shí)針加力，這個(gè)力帶動(dòng)螺母/螺栓，當(dāng)螺母/螺栓緊固，并所帶的扭矩與扭矩扳手設(shè)定的扭矩相等時(shí)，扭矩扳手的棘輪帶動(dòng)扭矩扳手的頭部，把扭矩傳遞到觸發(fā)器，觸發(fā)器向右側(cè)滑動(dòng)（卸力）。當(dāng)滾柱碰到管后，會(huì)發(fā)出“咔噠”的信號(hào)，聽(tīng)到信號(hào)后立即停止加力，取下扭矩扳手，即完成施加扭矩過(guò)程。

其一，屬于預(yù)調(diào)式扭矩扳手的調(diào)整方法。松開(kāi)尾部鎖夾，根據(jù)需要的設(shè)定值旋轉(zhuǎn)尾部的補(bǔ)助分度輪（順時(shí)針增加扭矩，逆時(shí)針減少扭矩，使分度輪的刻度與扭矩扳手得設(shè)定值相符，扭矩扳手校驗(yàn)儀校驗(yàn)。

First, it belongs to the adjustment method of the preset torque wrench. Loosen the tail lock clamp, rotate the auxiliary indexing wheel at the tail according to the required setting value (increase the torque clockwise and reduce the torque anticlockwise, so that the graduation wheel scale is consistent with the set value of the torque wrench, and the torque wrench calibrator is calibrated.

其二，屬于定值式扭矩扳手的調(diào)整。松開(kāi)后蓋，相應(yīng)得六角匙松開(kāi)鎖緊螺釘，調(diào)整工具旋轉(zhuǎn)推壓環(huán)設(shè)定一個(gè)扭矩值，用扭矩測(cè)試儀校驗(yàn)扭矩，固鎖緊螺釘，鎖緊后蓋。

Loosen the back cover, loosen the locking screw with the corresponding hexagon key, set a torque value by rotating the push ring of the adjusting tool, and then use the torque tester to verify the torque, fix the locking screw and lock the rear cover.

3.扭矩扳手的使用方法：施加扭矩時(shí)，手握在扭矩扳手手柄的中間刻度線位置。方頭與套筒、螺母/螺栓穩(wěn)固連接（對(duì)開(kāi)口/梅花系列扭矩扳手，應(yīng)將開(kāi)口/梅花頭完全插入/沉入螺母中），只能在扭矩扳手標(biāo)注的方向上施力，同時(shí)施力方向應(yīng)在±15度內(nèi)（水平方向和垂直方向）。施力時(shí)應(yīng)緩慢和平穩(wěn)，切忌沖擊力。當(dāng)聽(tīng)到“咔嗒”聲后立即停止。
