扭矩扳手所發(fā)出的“卡塔”是由本身內部的扭矩釋放結構產(chǎn)生的，其結構分為壓力彈簧、扭矩釋放關節(jié)、扭矩頂桿三結構所組成。在扭矩扳手上設定所需扭矩值（由彈簧套在頂桿上向扭矩釋放關節(jié)施壓），鎖定扭矩扳手，開始擰緊螺栓。當螺栓達到扭矩值（當使用扭力大于彈簧的壓力）后，會產(chǎn)生瞬間脫節(jié)的效應。在產(chǎn)生脫節(jié)效應的瞬間發(fā)出關節(jié)敲擊，扳手金屬外殼所發(fā)出的“卡塔”聲。

The "lata" emitted by the torque wrench is generated by its own internal torque release structure, which is divided into three structures: pressure spring, torque release joint and torque ejector rod. First, set the required torque value on the torque wrench (press the torque release joint by the spring sleeve on the ejector rod), lock the torque wrench and start tightening the bolts. When the bolt reaches the torque value (when the torque used is greater than the pressure of the spring), it will produce the effect of instantaneous disconnection. 扭力扳手也叫扭矩扳手，力矩就是力和距離的乘積，在緊固螺絲螺栓螺母等螺紋緊固件時需要控制施加的力矩大小，以保證螺紋緊固且不于因力矩過大破壞螺紋，所以用扭矩扳手來操作。

1、設定扭矩后，將套筒插入方形驅動頭。

1. After setting the torque, insert the sleeve into the square drive head.

2、將套筒套在螺栓頭部或螺母上。

2. Put the sleeve over the bolt head or nut.

3、將扭力扳手向右轉動進行緊固。

3. Tighten the torque wrench by turning it to the right.

4、聽到“咔嗒”聲后，緊固結束。

施加扭矩時，手握在扭矩扳手手柄中間刻度線位置。方頭與套筒、螺母穩(wěn)固連接。只能在所知扳手標注的方向上施力，同時施力方向應在正負15度內。

When applying torque, hold the middle scale mark of the torque wrench handle. The square head is firmly connected with the sleeve and nut. The force can only be applied in the direction marked by the known wrench, and the force application direction shall be within plus or minus 15 degrees.
