一、扭力扳手使用方法
1、 Usage of torque wrench
扭力扳手應(yīng)用范圍較廣,在加固扭力時,相對來講比較簡單,只需要設(shè)定其要求值便可進行操作。
Torque wrench has a wide range of applications. It is relatively simple to strengthen torque. It can be operated only by setting its required value.
1.扭力扳手在使用中,要根據(jù)測量部品的要求選取適中量程,所測扭力值不可小于扭力器在使用中量程的百分之二十,太大的量程不宜用于小扭力部品的加固,小量程的扭力器更不可以超量程使;
1. When using the torque wrench, first select a moderate range according to the requirements of the measuring parts. The measured torque value shall not be less than 20% of the range of the torque device in use. Too large range shall not be used for the reinforcement of small torque parts, and the torque device with small range shall not exceed the range;
2.在使用扭力扳手時,先將受力棘爪連接好輔助配件(如套筒,各類批嘴),確保連接已經(jīng)沒問題。在加固扭力之前,設(shè)定好需要加固的力值,并鎖好緊鎖裝置,然后調(diào)整好方向轉(zhuǎn)換鈕到加力的方向;
2. When using a torque wrench, first connect the stressed pawl with auxiliary accessories (such as sleeve and various nozzles) to ensure that there is no problem with the connection. Before tightening the torsional force, set the force value that needs to be reinforced, lock the locking device and adjust the direction switch button to the direction of the afterburner.
3.測量時,手要把握住把手的有效范圍,沿垂直于管身方向慢慢地加力直聽到到達已設(shè)定的量值后發(fā)出的聲音。在施力過程中,按照標準儀器操作規(guī)范,其垂直度偏差左右不應(yīng)超過10度。其水平方向上下偏差不應(yīng)超過3度,我廠在使用過程中操作人員應(yīng)保證其上下左右施力范圍均不超過15度;
3. During measurement, hold the effective range of the handle with your hand, and slowly apply force perpendicular to the pipe body until you hear the sound after reaching the set value. During the force application, according to the national standard instrument operation specification, the verticality deviation shall not exceed 10 degrees. The horizontal deviation shall not exceed 3 degrees, and the operators of our factory shall ensure that the upper, lower, left and right force application range shall not exceed 15 degrees;
4.為了不使測量結(jié)果因水平和垂直方向上的偏差而產(chǎn)生影響,在測量時,應(yīng)在加力把持端上施加一個垂直向下的穩(wěn)定力值;
4. In order not to affect the measurement results due to the deviation in the horizontal and vertical directions, a vertical downward stable force value shall be applied on the force application holding end during measurement;
5.扭力扳手的讀數(shù):如果是帶表扭力儀器,直接讀取指針所指示的數(shù)據(jù)為測量數(shù)據(jù)值;如果是套筒加副刻度指示器,應(yīng)先讀取主刻度上的刻度值,再加上副刻度或微分筒上的刻度值之和為測量數(shù)據(jù)值。
5. Reading of torque wrench: if it is a torque instrument with a meter, directly read the data indicated by the pointer as the measured data value; If it is a sleeve plus auxiliary scale indicator, the scale value on the main scale shall be read first, and the sum of the scale values on the auxiliary scale or differential cylinder shall be the measured data value.
二、扭力扳手的工作原理介紹

扭力扳手又名扭矩扳手或力矩扳手等,扭力扳手為俗稱,也就是大眾的叫法,正確的應(yīng)該加扭矩扳手,從物理學來講扭矩與扭力是兩個完全不同的概念,力矩就是力和距離的乘積,在緊固螺絲螺栓螺母等螺紋緊固件時需要控制施加的力矩大小,以保證螺紋緊固且不于因力矩過大破壞螺紋,所以用扭矩扳手來操作。設(shè)定好一個需要的扭矩值上限,當施加的扭矩達到設(shè)定值時,扳手會發(fā)出“卡塔”聲響或者扳手連接處折彎一點角度,這就代表已經(jīng)緊固不要再加力了。
